A Group buy is similar to pre ordering, you will be charged when you make the order but wont be shipped until the group buy has finished.

1. What a GROUP BUY is.
A Group Buy (GB) is pre-ordering a desk mat before the production process. All of our desk mats are made to order.
When your order comes through you will be added to the group buy.
2. How a GROUP BUY works.
1- Group Buy Starts.
2- The Group Buy Ends.
3- The order is put in with the manufacturer.
4- The Manufacturer then sends the products to UNSPOKEN
5- UNSPOKEN then ship the products to the customers.
3. There is not a Minimum Order Quantity
Technically there isn't a MOQ, when the GROUP buy ends the product will go into manufacturing regardless of the number of orders the desk pads receive.
4. What happens when the customer joins a GROUP BUY.
A GROUP BUY usually lasts around 2-4 weeks. When you join the group buy you will be charged straight away for the product and shipping.
The product page will have an estimated shipping date-this is the date the item will be shipped from UNSPOKEN in the UK.
(You WILL be informed on all GB updates throughout the process)
5. There can sometimes be delays.
We always try our best to deliver on time but of course, there can always be delays.
Things that can affect delays can be:
-The product not coming out right (We would rather delay the shipping date than sending something out we are not happy with)
6. UNSPOKEN will not give a refund on any product unless the item is damaged (We quality check every single product with video or photo proof before shipping
7. Shipping dates are estimated.
Some shipping options will come with a tracking code and you will be sent this via email as soon as it is sent out.
8. We do NOT accept Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges.
9. If your package is lost or damaged in transit UNSPOKEN does not take responsibility, it will be down to the shipping carrier.
